TO REGISTER for the XL Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme, complete and return this form today, together with donation receipts amounting to a minimum of US$1,000 (paid to your nominated charity or cause within the last twelve months).

There is no charge or participation fee to be part of this programme. The approval process takes 14 days from receipt of this form. Once approved, we will send you a programme certificate which will include your registration number. Once you have received the programme certificate, you can operate as a Certified Social Enterprise under the XL Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme.
     
CERTIFICATION CRITERIA: The criteria to be recognized as a Certified Social Enterprise are simple and straight-forward. Companies must comply with the following conditions:
  1. Committed Contribution: Commit to contributing at least 10% of annual pre-tax profits to a charitable cause. Minimum contribution of US$1,000 for companies with an annual profit of less than US$10,000.
  2. Nominated Cause: Nominate a cause to commit their contribution to each year.
  3. Proof of Contribution: Complete an annual declaration form with statement of earnings and contribution together with copies of donation receipts.
  4. Disclosure: Agree to answer any enquiries or clarifications to XL Results Foundation regarding their contribution.
  5. Participation: Agree to be included in the annual Social Enterprise rankings.

Pledge Amount
A pledge is not a firm commitment, but an expression of your intent. For example, if you want to aim for a US$10,000 donation each year, you might pledge US$100,000 which you hope to deliver over ten years. Pledges can be changed and are not firm, but they give you and your cause something to aim for.
The amount pledged should not exceed 20 times the initial target donation.
