Once received, this declaration will be added to the Billion Dollar Challenge results to which each participants contributes.

On the basis that you remain within the Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme criteria, a new SEA Programme Certificate will be issued for 2008.

     
ACCREDITATION CRITERIA:
  a. Committed Contribution: The participant commits at least 10% of annual pre-tax profits to their nominated cause. Minimum contribution of US$1,000 for companies with an annual profit of less than US$10,000.
  b. Nominated Cause: The participant appoints a registered NGO, Association or any Non-Profit Organisation to commit their contribution to.
  c. Proof of Contribution: The participant encloses all the donation receipts to their nominated cause made within the calendar year prior to application submission.
  d. Disclosure & Participation: The participant agrees to answer any enquiries or clarifications to XL regarding their contribution, and agrees to be included in the Social Enterprise rankings.
